Wilma Jean Shears age 74, of Lafollette, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2012 at the Tennova Heath Care Center in Lafollette. She was born on January 25, 1938 in Bell County, KY to the late Green and Rosie Palmer Partin. Wilma enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her kids and grandkids. She will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, Wilma is preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Shear Sr.; daughter, Julie Shears and son, Jerry Shears.

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 6-8PM with the funeral service to follow at 8:00PM with Rev. Tommy Rodgers officiating. Wilma's interment will be held at the Chadwell Cemetery in Campbell County on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Noon.
