Mr. Willie James Davidson, age 66, of Clinton, Tennessee peacefully went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, surrounded by family. He was born on March 18, 1949, in Rockwood, Tennessee, to the late Reverend Bossie and Eunice Davidson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Maxine Y. Davidson and daughter and son-in-law, Mabel Jeanette and Victor Moore. After 38 loyal years, he retired from BWXT Y-12 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. He enjoyed fishing, working in his garden and visiting loved ones. He was an avid follower of politics and loved watching game shows, basketball, golf and football.

He leaves to cherish his memories six children; Lynn Winters of Denver, Colorado, Annette (Craig) Dixon of Clinton, Tennessee, Bossie Davidson of Rockwood, Tennessee, Margerine "Neise" Davidson of Knoxville, Tennessee, Willie Davidson, II of Clinton, Tennessee and Bobbie (Timothy) Rowe of Salisbury, North Carolina. Willie was the oldest of five children and is survived by three sisters, Patricia Davidson of Knoxville, Tennessee, Loretta Davidson of Rockwood, Tennessee and Mamie (Jody) Underwood of Oak Ridge, Tennessee; one brother, Ralph Davidson of Rockwood, Tennessee. He was proud of his 17 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters-in-law, relatives and special hometown friend, Johnny Wright of Aurora, CO. He was a member of Haven Chapel United Methodist Church in Powell, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends 1:00-2:00 pm, Monday, January 4, 2016, at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with services immediately following in the chapel.
