Special Dad "Bill" Willie Alvin Cofer, age 71, went to join his beloved wife and daughter on Sunday morning, January 3, 2016 at his home. Preceded in death by parents, Paul and Helen Broglin Stewart; wife, Velma Daniels Cofer; daughter, Sandra Atkins and special friend, Howard Moore.
