William Frank Miller Jr. age 74 of Knoxville, passed away on Thursday, February 16,2023 at his residence. He was born in Paterson, New Jersey on October 28, 2023, to the late William and Virginia Cook Miller.  William retired from Belvidere County Road Department. In addition to his parents, William is preceded in death by, wife Dorothy May Miller. Survived by his children Ella Castillo husband Elmer, Michael Hann and Dorothy Miller, grandchildren Sean Walker Holden, Annebella Castillo, Abbygail Castillo, Logan Hann and Justin Hann.
