Wilbur Snyder, Sr., age 84 of Heiskell, went to be with the Lord on April 17, 2015. He was a member of Wolfe Valley Baptist Church. Wilbur was a U.S. Army veteran. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and being outdoors. He also enjoyed woodworking and building potato boxes. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed.
Preceded in death by his mother, Nellie McDowell Prater; brother, Jack McDowell.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 21st from 6-8 p.m. at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow with Pastor Kevin Hedrick officiating.
