Wanda Sue Bartley, age 48 of Lafollette passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the Lafollette Medical Center. Wanda was born on January 11, 1967 in Campbell County, TN to the late James and Phyllis Walden Heatherly. She enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and spending time with her family especially her grandson. In addition to her parents Wanda is preceded in death by Sister, Sheila Riggs.
