Velma Cofer, age 68 of Knoxville went home for a birthday celebration with her daughter, Sondra on June 12, 2011. She was a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, grand-grandmother and sister.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sondra Atkins; son, Elbert Lee Shoffner; grandchildren, Miranda Jade & Brandon Eugene Shoffner; parents, Troy & Cletis Daniels; brother, Cr. R. Daniels.

Children: Mitchell Shoffner & wife Vicki of Heiskell, Diane Pride & husband Mike of Clinton, James Shoffner & wife Missy of Douglasville, GA, Barbara Moore & husband Randy of Maynardville, Kelly Shoffner & wife Tammi of Claxton.
Brothers:Vaughn, Charlie, Harold & Clifton Daniels and their spouses
Sisters: Sue, Stella & Bertha and their spouses.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 13, 2011 from 6-8PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral service to follow in the chapel with Rev. Glenn "Bo" Selvage officiating. Interment will be Tuesday, June 14th at 4:00PM at Riverview Church Cemetery in Claxton. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements
