Vance Carter, age 59 of Knoxville, passed after a short illness at Fort Sander's Regional Hospital on January 10, 2019.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Lloyd Carter and Bertha Elizabeth Carter.
There are no services scheduled at this time but a Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
