Thomas Lester Stephens, age 77, Clinton Tennessee passed into glory on December 28th 2015. He was a member of Glenwood Baptist Church, Oak Ridge TN; served his country in both the Navy and Air Force Reserve and worked as a Pipefitter in both the military and at the Oak Ridge Y12 Nuclear Plant from where he retired in 2003.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Beatrice Stephens and brother Charles and son Edward McCoy and Grand Daughter Christina.
He is survived by his wife, Trelis, brothers Kenneth and Jimmy and sisters Thelma, Dorothy and Carolyn; Children Ronnie McCoy, Rosanna and Albert Williams, James and Suzanne Stephens, and Robert Stephens; 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Thomas shall forever be remembered as a Christian, loving son, father, Great Grandfather and hero to all that knew and loved him.
The family will receive friends 1:00-3:00 pm, Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow in the chapel. Pastor Mark Walton officiating.
