Thomas Roy Price, age 69 of Clinton passed away peacefully at home on May 14, 2016 with his family by his side. Tom was born January 20, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio. After graduation from high school he served his country by serving in the Navy. He moved his family to Tennessee in 1977. Tom was employed with Cross Country Marine as an over the road truck driver. He drove over a million miles and was able to see the beauty of God's earth. He loved God, family and his country. Spending time with his wife and children was a priority for Tom. He took his role as "Papaw" very seriously. He was blessed to spend the last football season with his son Troy coaching the boys at Clinton Middle School. Tom was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and enjoyed fishing.

His family is so thankful to God for having a wonderful loving and devoted man in their lives.

The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm, Monday, May 23, 2016 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with a eulogy read by his son to follow. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Clinton Middle School, 110 N. Hicks St., Clinton, TN 37716 in memory of "Coach Tom Price."
