Mr. Thomas "Tommy" Allen Brooks, Sr.; age 65 of Oak Ridge, TN passed away Friday, March 31, 2017. Mr. Brooks was a nurse at NHC Oak Ridge and was of the Baptist Faith.
Preceded in death by his parents, James and Marian Brooks; sisters, Mary Ellis and Beatrice Carroll, and brothers, Sonny and Joe Brooks.
