Thomas "Tom" Arthur Goins, age 63, of Oliver Springs, passed away peacefully at Methodist Medical Center on February 28, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on May 6, 1962, in Berea, Ohio, to Joseph and Donna Goins. Family was always at the center of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones.

In his free time, Tom enjoyed fishing, camping, and working on anything mechanical.  He loved mechanics so much, no toaster was safe around him when he was a child.  He was such a gifted mechanic he made lifelong friends with his customers. Tom especially enjoyed working on his beloved Ford Maverick, "Sally".  He spent many happy days camping and fishing in his RV "Big Mama" with his wife Belinda. He loved spending time with his family, his friends, and his dogs.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Goins. Tom is survived by the following: Mother, Donna Goins; Wife, Belinda Goins; Daughter, Stephanie Patterson (Doug); Siblings, Mike Goins (Mary Ann), Sarah Greengas (Ronn), and Margie Frye (Jim); Grandchildren, Sean (Meghan), Dustin, and Seth; Great-grandchildren, Owen and Evie, many nieces and nephews as well as a host of multiple special friends whom he loved dearly.

Tom will be greatly missed by his entire family and his many friends.
