Thelma Lee Horner, age 82, has gone to be with the Lord on September 17, 2014 at the Tennova Medical Center- Powell. She was a member of Powell United Methodist Church. Thelma was born on September 8, 1932 to the late Taft Ward and Ocie Strong Ward. She was a loving and caring wife of 61 years, the world's best mother and a wonderful Nana.
