Terry Johnson Phillips-Rouse, age 55, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, November 18, 2024. She was born on February 22, 1969, in Indiana to the late Betty Sue Johnson. She is also preceded in death by grandparents JB & Viola Johnson; aunt Annette Johnson Hensley; brother Denny Lynn Arnold, and partner Jamie Wright.

She is survived by daughters Ambrea Phillips Kroth (Brian) of Norris, Tennessee and Tessa Phillips of Knoxville, Tennessee; father Corlis Ferguson (Annie) of Flat Gap, Kentucky; sisters Tammy Jefferson (Dale) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Sonia Beal (Mike) of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Tonia Hensley (Cheryl Kinneberg) of Oliver Springs, Tennessee, and Shonie Lemaster (Bert Osborne) of Sitka, Kentucky; brothers Mike Ward (Crystal) of Jacksboro, Tennessee, Marcus Ferguson (Amanda) of Lowmansville, Kentucky and William "Fred" Ferguson (Shelly) of Winfield, West Virginia; grandchildren Zoe, Elijah, Maleeah, Cayden, Andres, Sophie Ann, Layla, Tiana, and Kyah.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, a donation to Holley Gamble Funeral Home to help cover the cost of arrangements.

Visitation: 1:30-3:00 PM, Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Deep Springs Baptist Church (745 Brushy Valley Rd, Heiskell, TN 37754). Funeral Service: 3:00 PM, Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Deep Springs Baptist Church with Pastor Allen Giles officiating. Burial will follow the service at Overton Cemetery behind Deep Springs Baptist Church.
