Terry Carpenter, age 59, of Clinton, passed away August 11, 2015 at Methodist Medical Center. He was a member of Clinton First Baptist Church and retired from Y-12 as a chemical operator after 36 years of service. Preceded in death by father, Von Herbert.

Also survived by a large and devoted family, all of whom he loved dearly and held in his heart.

The family will receive friends 4:00-7:00 pm, Thursday, August 13, 2015 at First Baptist Church Clinton. His funeral service will follow his visitation with Rev. Stan Elliott officiating. Friends and family will meet at 11:30 am, Friday at Holley Gamble Funeral Home and go in procession to Grandview Memorial Garden for a 12:00 noon graveside.
