Sylvia Inez Jones Allen, age 81, was born on June 5, 1944, in Claiborne County, Tennessee, and passed away at her residence on August 6, 2025, in Clinton, Tennessee, with her family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Otto Jones and Julia Dentie Goins Jones, infant son, Randall Lynn Allen, and brother, JW Jones.

She is survived by her two sons, Dwayne Allen & wife Michelle, and Todd Allen & wife Dawn.  She has 21 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursday, August 7, 2025, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home.  Her graveside will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, August 8, 2025, at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.  Holleygamble.com.
