Sterling Jeffery Carroll II age 32, born June 8, 1984 at Methodist Medical Center Oak Ridge. He was a 2002 graduate of Clinton High School. A wonderful loving and giving young man passed away November 11, 2016. Preceded in death by Ace J (Tom) Carroll Sr. and Evelyn Beatriss (Beatle) Brooks Carroll paternal grandparents.

Jeffery had many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that will truly miss him.
