On behalf of Steve, his family wants to express their deepest and most sincere thanks for the blessings and care that the people of Echo Ridge Assisted Living, Morning Pointe, and Lyons View Rehab Center have provided over the past few years. Also for the numerous doctors and nurses who have provided their care and support over the past decades including the extraordinary kidney transplant team at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville where Steve was a successful recipient in 2009.
