Sereta (Davis) Fleenor passed away peacefully in her home September 5, 2014, at the age of 73. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Sereta enjoyed working with flowers and maintained a beautiful yard filled with them.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Fleenor, Jr.; mother and father, Justine and Laymon Davis; brothers, Donny, Wallace, Freddy, and Quinton Davis; sister, Panzetta Coffey.

She is survived by:

Sabrina and husband Terry Sherwood
Leslie and husband Charlie Alfrey

Grandchildren: Maria and Stewart Down, Nicolas and Elizabeth Haun, Jayme and Paul Lane, and Nikki Alfrey

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 9th from 6-8 PM at Shumate Funeral Home in Middlesboro, KY. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Gary Swaggerty officiating.
