Samuel A. Howell, age 74 of Clinton, passed away February 11, 2013 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was born July 28, 1938 in Atlanta, GA. Sam was a Chief Master Sgt. in the U.S. Air Force.
He was an avid sports man and a profound golfer.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Howell.

Daughter: Sharon Elizabeth Avery

Grandchildren: Kristopher and Erik Howell, Cheyenne Avery

Brother: Tommy Kimbrough and wife Shirley
