Obituary


Sabra Bunch Lennex, age 58, went home to be with the Lord Monday, July 1, 2013 at the home of her sister, Sarah Crowley, surrounded by family and friends. She was a member of New Fellowship Baptist Church in Maynardville. She was a 1973 Graduate of Clinton High School and was a property manager for Maude Booth Garden Senior Housing in Knoxville before her retirement in 2012. Sabra had many friends at Maude Booth that she loved dearly and they truly loved her. She enjoyed Gospel singing, spending time with family and friends and visiting New River, her childhood home.

Sabra was preceded in death by parents, Clifford and Creasie Bunch; brother, Lloyd Brown

She leaves behind to cherish her memory granddaughters, Gillian Stafford, Elizabeth Puleo of Oliver Springs, whom she had been raising for the last 6 years; daughters, Sonya Davis and Scott Swint, Lisa Davis all of Oliver Springs; sisters and brother in-laws, Sue and Eugene Foust of Lake City, Mary Woods of Oak Ridge and Sarah Crowley and Bill Boshers of Clinton; brother, Carvin Bunch of Clinton; special sister in-law, Angie Bunch of New River; best friends Edith and Raymond Barnett of Clinton; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 5th from 6-8 PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. A memorial service will follow with Pastor Murl Phillips officiating. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
