Ruth Elaine Cooper, age 66, of Clinton passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Ft. Sanders Regional. Ruth retired from ORNL in Oak Ridge. Preceded in death by parents, Lynn & Mary Grace Ellis; brothers, Sherry Cooper and Curtis Ellis.
