Ruby Lee Flatford, age 67, of Clinton went home to be with her heavenly father on Monday, November 23, 2015 at her residence. Preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Ola Carter; sister, Peggy Hooks; grandparents, John & Cathryn Carter and Allie Smith.
