Ruby H. Clark, age 85 of Clinton, passed away July 25, 2014, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was born July 27, 1928, in Thorn Hill, TN to Joseph T. and Martha Hayes Dalton. She was the kindest, most loving mother and we were truly blessed to call her our mom. She worked at Hoskins Drug Store for over 30 years where she made many friends.

In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Maurice R. Clark; daughter in-law, JoAnn Clark; granddaughter, Tonya A. Lively; great grandson, Jeremy Clark; brothers, James L. Dalton, Sr., Johnny Dalton, and Earl Dalton; sisters, Charma Rae Dalton and Avery Sue Allen.

Several nieces and nephews that Ruby loved dearly

Many special friends, especially her friend Carol, and Amber Price whom she considered as a granddaughter.

The family will receive friends Sunday, July 27th from 5-8PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will be Monday, July 28th at 2PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dana Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Memorial Garden in Clinton. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
