Roy Harkleroad left this earth to be with the Lord on Monday, February 17, 2025. Roy served his country in the US Army, after which he married Betty, the love of his life and wife of 64 years. Roy served as a deacon of his church and was a faithful member throughout his life. Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Loranza & Daisy Harkleroad; sisters Irene Seivers and Willie Woods; and brothers Ralph, Richard, & Raymond.

Roy is survived by his loving wife Betty; several nieces and nephews including Jeff & J.L; and nieces Connie, Debbie, Dot, Norma Kay, & Sue; and special friends Mike & Joyce Samples; Tom & Sue Harrington; Elaine Byrge; and Chris & Karen Beatty as well as honorary grandchildren Alex, Eli, Andy, & Lydia Beatty.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 12:00-1:00 pm, with a funeral service to follow at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton, TN.   His graveside will immediately follow at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton.
