Roy David Golden, age 82 of Clinton, passed away July 25, 2014, at his home. He was a member of Hillvale Baptist Church. He was an U.S. Air Force veteran and retired after 30 years from the Y-12 Plant.
Roy enjoyed "tinkering" on electrical and electronic devices in his spare time but above all he was a very devoted husband, father and papaw. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Preceded in death by his mother, Mattie Mae Pike Golden; father, Giddeon Robert Golden; brother, Earl Golden; sisters, Wanda Lou Golden, Inez Foust, and Betty Jo Rains.

The family will receive friends Sunday, July 27th from 6-8PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Allen Giles officiating.
