Rory M. (Butch) Stooksbury passed away on Aug 10, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a longtime member of Southern Sons MC of Lafollette and Anderson County. He was employed at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He is preceded in death by his father Dock Stooksbury and baby sister Rebecca Stooksbury. He leaves behind his wife Janet, daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Rick Bullard of Knoxville, Allison and Jon Baloga of Powell and his mother Clydia Mae Ellison of Knoxville and one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Betty Stooksbury of Anchorage. He also leaves behind two step-sons, Randall Hickman and Paul Carathers of the home, and 5 very precious grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Natalie, Leigha, Layton and Oliver. Services will be held Sunday, Aug 14th, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Receiving of friends is from 1-3 with the Memorial service to follow.
