Ronald Francis Staley, age 84, of Clinton, passed away, Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Golden Living Center after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson Disease. He was born January 9, 1929 in Huntington, West Virginia. Ronald was a veteran of the United States Army having served in World War II and a veteran of the United States Navy having served in the Korean War. Preceded in death by parents, James Pearley Staley & Ella Edna Queen; brother, Jimmy Staley and wife, Donna L. (Kuhlman) Staley.

The family will receive friends 4:00-6:00 PM, Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home. His graveside service will be 10:00 am, Monday at the Anderson Memorial Garden with Bishop Doug Rose officiating. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorials be made to Michael J.
