Robert "Bob" P. Walker passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday August 24, 2010. He designed and sold log homes for Appalachian Log Homes in Knoxville
He is preceded in death by his parents William A. and Mary Elizabeth Parsons-Walker. He is survived by his wife Vickie Pless-Walker, daughters, Jill Phillips (Eric) of Clinton; Jenny Ford (Brian) Knoxville, sons Eric Schultz and Scott Cloninger of Sweetwater and his five grand children, Brandon and Grayson Phillips and Ethan, Preston and Lucas Ford. Brother William A. Walker III (Diane) of Atlanta, Ga.; Mother and Father In-law Robert and Mary Ruth Pless of Norris and brother in-law Robert and wife Teresa Pless of Andersonville.
Services are being held at Holley-Gamble Funeral home in Clinton. Friends and Family may visit on Thursday August 26th from 6pm-8pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11am at Holley-Gamble with the burial at 1pm at Highland Memorial Gardens in Knoxville.In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in honor of Bob to Great Smoky Mountain National Park, 107 Park Headquarters Rd., Gatlinburg, TN 37738. www.holleygamblefh.com
