Robert "Head" Henry Scruggs, age 53, passed away at his residence, July 16, 2014. He was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his brothers; John Jr. Scruggs, Bennie Scruggs and Jerry Scruggs, also by his sister Barbara Everett.
