Robert Romer, age 87, of Andersonville passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Elmcroft Assisted Living. Robert was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and retired from International Harvester as a finance manager after 37 years of service. Robert was a member of Norris Religious Fellowship Church. Robert enjoyed golfing, construction projects, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by wife, Velrie Romer, parents, Rev. John and Agnes Romer; brother, John Carlton.

The family will have a graveside service 2:00 pm, Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Oak Ridge Memorial Park with full military honors at graveside.
