Robert "Bobby" Queener went to be with his Lord, and Savior, Jesus Christ on July 10, 2026. He was proceeded in death by many loved ones, including his beautiful wife, Myra. Bobby is survived in death by his children, Kerry (Beth) Queener, Leisha (Tim) Smith, and Errika Queener. He is also survived in death by his five grandchildren, Alex, Owen, Rylan, Rece, and Caden who he was so very proud of.

Bobby believed his greatest accomplishment was his marriage to the love of his life, Myra, for 53 years, and the wonderful family they created together. He loved to play guitar and sing gospel music. He spent many years singing in church, spreading his love of Christ. Bobby was also a handyman that enjoyed building and fixing things for anyone that needed help. He spent most of his work years at Y-12 and retired from there at age 65.

Per Bobby’s request, there will be an intimate graveside service held in his honor. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to a charity of your choice. Two that are close to our hearts are The Pancreatic Cancer Foundation and the Pat Summit Foundation for dementia research.
