Robert H. Freeman, age 97 of Powell went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Elm Croft of Halls. He was a member of Sharon Baptist Church. He served in the Air Force for 8 ½ years and retired from Martin Marietta in 1976 after 30 years of work.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Lillian Freeman of 45 years and June Freeman of 25 years; mother Martha Freeman of Jacksboro.
Robert is survived by his nephew George Smith and several other nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 27, 2012 from 6-7pm at Sharon Baptist Church of Powell with funeral service to follow at 7:00pm with Rev. Jim Robertson and Rev. Mark McCoig officiating. Family & friends will meet at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton on Friday, September 28th at 11:00am for graveside services. www.holleygamblefh.com
