Rickey Moses Yarbrough, age 67, of Powell, passed away at his residence on Friday, January 31, 2025.  Rickey was born July 17, 1957, in St. Louis, MO, to the late Eddie and Wanda Yarbrough. He's a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints in Oak Ridge and a former member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.  Throughout his life, he found joy in his hobbies, fishing, bonsai trees, sitting on his front porch drinking corona beer, and smoking a cigar, but most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.  Rickey had a big heart and never talked bad about anyone.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Yarbrough.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Yarbrough of Powell; sons, Andrew Thompson & fiancé Debi Webb of Knoxville and Jared McDonald & wife Nicole of Clinton; daughters, Lisa Worley & husband Jay of Knoxville, Alesha, Shaniesha Suttles, and Fawntasha Fisher; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Raymond Yarbrough of Waxahachie, TX; sister, Juanita Yarbrough of TX; several nieces and nephews.

The family will have a Celebration of Life on February 15, 2025 beginning at 11:00 am at Holley Gamble Funeral Home.  Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.  holleygamble.com
