Richard Patrick Ryan, Sr, age 69 of Powell, passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at his home. He was born on June 25, 1952 to the late Patrick Joseph and Julia Kormondy Ryan in Rahway, NJ. Richard worked as a dispatcher with Florida Rock and Tank. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and cooking and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by: wife of 33 years, Sharon Dennis Ryan; children, Keith Reitler (Jennifer), Christopher Reitler, Storm Ryan (Erik Powers), Richard Patrick Ryan II (Jessie Carroll); grandchildren, Anthony, Angela, Zachary, Masen, Jordan, Presley, Sidney, Owen, and Ethen; sister, Patricia Ryan; and other family and friends.

The family is planning a memorial service for a later date.
