Richard Wesley "Budge"Chambers, age 69, of Dutch Valley Community where he has lived all his life passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at UT hospital. He was born on September 16, 1946 to the late Roy and Louise Smith Chambers. He owned and operated his own business Affordable Plumbing as a master plumber for 35 years. Richard was a Veteran of the United States Navy having served with his brother Lee on the same ship the USS Randolph. He attended First Dutch Valley Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to his parents Richard is preceded in death by, Brother, Lee Chambers; Sister, Gail Smith; Brother-in-law, Ray Martin and loving nephew, Matthew Roy Leinart.

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Rocky Top on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 5-7PM with the funeral service to follow at 7:00PM with the Rev. Gene Roach officiating. Richard's interment will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 11:00AM at Poplar Creek Cemetery with full military honors presented by the Campbell County Honor Guard. www.holleygamble.com
