Raymond Bailey age 80, of Lake City, passed away on Friday July 5, 2013 at his residence. He was born on December 22, 1932 to the late Byrd and Nellie McGhee Bailey in Campbell County, Tennessee. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by, Brother, James Bailey; Sisters, Alene Bailey and Zora Marie Bailey.
