Ralph R. McNeely, age 85, of Powell, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014 at West Hills Health and Rehab after a brief illness. Ralph was a member of Beaver Creek Presbyterian Church, a 32nd degree Mason at Lodge #376, Kerbela Temple, and Knoxville Scottish Rite. Ralph was the former owner of Acme Plastering and A & RM Contractors. Ralph was an avid fisherman, and loved working projects with his hands. A hard worker all his life, he insured that his children would have a better life. Ralph was kind of heart and generous of spirit. He never met a stranger and was always loyal to his friends. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel with Dr. Thomas Sweet officiating. Friends and family will meet at 12:00 noon, Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Woodhaven Memorial Garden for a graveside service.
