Rev. Raleigh Cecil Seiber, age 80 of Briceville, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the Norris Health and Rehabilitation Center in Norris. He was born on February 6, 1935 to the late Hubert and Alice Wilson Seiber in Briceville. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a member of Laurel Branch Baptist Church and was a minister for over 40 years. He was a member of Briceville Masonic Crystal Lodge #616. He was a giving, patient, and caring man. He will be dearly missed.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 26, 2015 from 12-2pm with the funeral service to follow at 2pm with the Rev. Joey Cagley and Rev. Glen Day officiating.
