R. L. Young, age 78 of Clinton passed away February 17, 2012 at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. He was a member of Greenway Baptist Church. He was a good Christian and loved the Lord. He retired from Y-12 plant in Oak Ridge and was a U. S. Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Hannah Young; sister, Joan Young; brothers, Frank & Gene Young.

JoAnn Garner & husband Bob of Knoxville

Brothers: James Young & wife Jean of Warren, Michigan
J. T. Young & wife Pam of Fayetteville, N.C.

Several nieces & nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 20, 2012 from 6-8PM at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral service at 8:00PM with Rev. Darrell Griffis and Rev. Danny Light officiating.
