Phyllis J. Stooksbury, age 89, of Powell, passed away September 13, 2015 at her home. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Phyllis enjoyed taking care of her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Ada Rutherford; daughter, Becky Marlow; brother, Carl Rutherford.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 16th from 5-7PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow with Reagan Daniels and Dr. Darryl Taylor officiating. Family and friends will meet Thursday, September 17th at 10:00AM at Norris Memorial Gardens for graveside service. Honorary pallbearers: Ryan Daniels, Bud Cummins and Rick Martin.
