Phyllis Ann Massengill Kagley, age 70, of Knoxville passed away on October 25, 2016. Phyllis retired from Hillcrest Nursing Home. Preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Rosa Massengill; sisters, Shirley Graham; brothers, Jimmy Ray, Archie and Vern Massengill; special friends, Murriel Mashburn and Gene Davis.
