Phillip Mefford, age 59, of Caryville and wife Brenda passed away on Monday, December 24, 2012 after a tragic car accident. He was born on February 23, 1953 to the late George and Ella Messer Mefford in Campbell County, TN. Phillip was a member of the Lake City Church of Christ. He loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Phillip also enjoyed working on his farm and trading mules. In addition to his parents, Phillip is preceded in death by Daughter, Michelle Renae Lee and Sister, Dorothy Patricia Lawson.
