Peggy Jean Higdon, age 87, of Clinton, TN, passed away peacefully on March 11th, 2025. Born on June 18th, 1937, in Knoxville, TN, Peggy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.  Known for her sense of fashion and style, creativity, sense of humor, and outgoing personality.  She enjoyed decorating, working with flowers and plants, shopping, and crafting.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years Philip L. Higdon.  Children - Terry R. Miller, William D. Miller (wife Paige), Tracy H. Edwards (husband Russ). Grandchildren - Brandon L. Miller (wife Brittany), Ketry B. Miller, Taylor N. Edwards, Griffin L. Edwards.  Great grandchildren - Avery E. Miller, Eleanor G. Miller, Isaiah L. Miller. Siblings - Betty L. Goddard, Jimmy L. Goddard (wife Mary Ellen), Philip D. Goddard (wife Laura).

A private service will be held at Norris Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
