Patsy Ann Linkes, age 61, of Clinton passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016 at her residence with her loving family by her side. Patsy was a member of First Dutch Valley Baptist Church. Patsy's love of life was her family and the memories her family will forever cherish. She is preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Elliott; parents, Goldman & Polly Phillips; brother, Joe Monroe Phillips; sister, Mary Sue Phillips.
