Patsy D. Boling, age 64, of Powell, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at the University of Tennessee Hospital. Patsy was a nurse at Baptist & St. Mary's Hospital in Knoxville. Patsy was an avid bowler & book reader, loved hiking & camping, and a member & director of the Smoky Mountain USBC. Preceded in death by parents, John Wesley and Ruby Douglass; sister, Vickie Douglass Siler; grandparents, Jim & Dicie Ann Carmany and Levi & Katy Douglass.
