Myrtle Ezell, age 84 of Andersonville passed away October 22, 2011 at Golden Living Center-Windwood in Clinton. She was a member of Andersonville Baptist Church. She retired from Andersonville Elementary School as the lunch room Manager.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Grant Ezell; parents, Roy & Lou Ella Faye Cox; brother, Samuel Claude Cox; sister, Dorothy Barger.

Son: David Ezell & wife Judy of Norris

Grandson: John David Ezell of Norris

Brother: Ralph Cox of Knoxville

Special Friend: Maxine Riggs Long and her extended family, Darlene Cox & family,
Ken & Vedra Riggs & family, and Johnny & Yumi Riggs.

Nephews: Kenneth Foust of Andersonville
Steve Cox of Knoxville

Nieces: Jeanett Miller & Carolyn Roberts of Knoxville

Great-Niece: Krista Cox of Knoxville

The family wishes to extend their special thanks to the entire staff of Golden LivingCenter-Windwood for the excellent care and kindness shown to Mrs. Ezell and her family during her stay there.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 23, 2011 from 6-8PM at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 8:00PM with Rev. Steve Lakin officiating. Singing will be provided by the Ron & Lana Fitts.

Family & friends will meet at 3:00PM on Monday, October 24th at Andersonville Cemetery for graveside services. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
