Mitzi Lenee Garrett, age 41, passed away on August 23, 2010 at U.T. Medical Center.
She was born August 9, 1969 in Oak Ridge, TN.
Mitzi was a Physical Therapist Assistant for Mercy Healthcare Systems.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Joseph Boyd and Trula Underwood and Oll and Lizzie (Romine) Cate.

Survivors:

Husband of 21 years, Keith Garrett; son, Dalton Keith Garrett; step-son, Jason Keith Garrett and wife Erin; parents, Charles Edward and Reva (Cate) Underwood; sisters, Sherri Renee Wood and husband Tom, Kristi Kae Reynolds and husband Kenny; brother, Jeffrey Edward Underwood and wife Jean-Ann; father and mother in-law, Howard C. and Virginia F. Garrett; 8 nieces and 1 nephew and a host of family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 27, 2010, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton from 5:30-8:00pm. The funeral service will follow at 8:00 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Tim Stallings officiating. Graveside service will be Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 1:00pm at Beech Springs Cemetery in Kodak, TN.
