Michael Eric Russell, age 40 died on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at his home in Caryville.  Michael was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on November 1, 1981, to Horace Trent Russell and Kathy Cridge.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother Kathy Cridge, the mother of two of his sons, Angel Shelton, and his oldest son Michael Shelton.

He is survived by:

Sister…. Samantha Russell

Sons…. Austin Shelton and Christian Lowe

Michael will especially be remembered for his love of art, music, carpentry, and his ability to make you smile and laugh even when you didn't want to.

The family will receive friends at Holley Gamble Funeral Home on September 24, 2022, from 12:00-2:00 pm with funeral to follow.
