Melissa Smith, age 45, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018 at her residence. She was born on July 13, 1973 to William Lee and Myrtle Ann Martin Smith in Knoxville, TN. She loved her dog tipster and she enjoyed spending time with her grand-kids. Melissa is preceded in death by her father, William Lee Smith; Grandparents, Arbie and Leola Smith, Fletcher and Jennie Martin.
